What types of uniforms does JonJes produce?

We manufacture a wide range of uniforms including corporate wear, industrial and factory uniforms, hospitality attire, chef uniforms, medical scrubs, school and kindergarten uniforms, as well as corporate casual tees and custom accessories such as aprons, caps, and lanyards.

What is the return and exchange policy?

As all JonJes uniforms are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once production has begun or items have been delivered. Each order is produced according to the approved design, sizing, and specifications provided by the client.

We encourage all clients to review designs, measurements, and samples carefully before confirming their order. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

When will I get my order?

Production time varies depending on the order size and design complexity. On average, standard orders take 4–5 weeks after final sample approval.

Rest assured, our team is doing our best to complete your order as efficiently as possible without compromising on quality.

Where are your products manufactured?

All JonJes uniforms are proudly manufactured in-house in Malaysia. Our production facility is fully equipped to handle every stage of the process — from design and cutting to sewing and finishing — ensuring consistent quality and efficient turnaround for every order.

Can you replicate an existing uniform design?

Yes, you can provide us with a sample of your current uniform, and we’ll match the design, colour, and fabric as closely as possible.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity depends on the type of uniform and design. Generally, our MOQ starts from 40–50 pieces per design, but we’re flexible for special projects or sample runs.

Can you include our company logo on the uniforms?

Absolutely. We provide logo embroidery and printing services to ensure your uniforms represent your brand professionally.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes, we can produce a sample for your approval before proceeding with bulk manufacturing to ensure fit, fabric, and design accuracy.

Please note that samples are chargeable and will be priced accordingly based on the design and material used.

What materials do you use?

We source high-quality fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester blends, and performance materials, carefully selected for their comfort, durability, and suitability for different industries. Each fabric is tested for colour consistency, breathability, and long-lasting wear to ensure every uniform meets professional standards.

Do you handle delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery across Malaysia and Singapore. For larger orders, we can arrange logistics directly to your office or distribution point for added convenience.

The delivery price will depend on the weight and size of your order, and alternatively, you may also self-collect your order from our facility.
